| Here are some other ways that we’ve found the SleepTracker useful: |
• Reducing jet lag–One of its most popular and effective uses, according to customers
• Sleeping in late–Minimizes weekend grogginess when “catching up” on shut-eye
• Meditation retreats, bird watching, and ninja stealth missions (or any other occasion that you need to wake up REALLY early in the morning)
• Improving the quality of your sleep (see story) |

Product Evaluation
I’ve tested the SleepTracker for over six months now. My conclusion? In short: It works.
I know this sounds strange, but it’s changed the quality of my waking life—especially my precious morning hours. My pilgrimage from bed to teapot to meditation cushion has been far more seamless and unruffled.
I like this device so much that I am reluctant to let anyone borrow it. Our other Sounds True test subjects reported similar efficacy (and want their own).
One unadvertised benefit that I discovered is that after using the SleepTracker at the same wake up time for about nine days, I began to wake up naturally BEFORE the alarm!
The SleepTracker is not perfect. Two of our other “guinea pigs” and I found that the watch worked exactly as expected about 9 out of 10 consecutive mornings. Thankfully, when the SleepTracker doesn’t find a perfect “almost awake” moment (about 1 out of 10 times), it will always sound off at your “target time” just in case.
